Still Strong with Sandi

Still Strong is my brand for online fitness and wellness coaching for moms, midlife women/men, and anyone living with chronic illness.

Beginning 5/1/2026, I launched my StillStrong App inside the Playbook App.

1:1 training can be difficult for me at times, so I wanted a 24/7 platform for you!

Your Journey to a Healthier Lifestyle Begins Here

Welcome to your new fitness journey where we're not just about workouts or diets; we're all about finding a healthier, happier you. I am here to show you that anything is possible if you believe in yourself. A positive mindset can move mountains, and I’ve been there, done that, and then some.

A modern wooden house sits on a grassy hillside with trees, overlooking a body of water and distant mountains under a cloudy sky.

My goal is to help people lose weight, gain lean muscle, and feel good inside and out from the comfort of your own home.

My app is just 30-45 min. of minimal equipment workouts you can do most anywhere.

I have sections on upper body, lower body, core, and even flare days when not feeling 100%.

About Me:

A woman with tattoos on her arm standing next to a young girl wearing a crown and a light blue dress, against a glittery background.

I’m a middle aged perimenopausal, now single mom, who is showing the world that nothing will beat me down any longer. S

I strive to be a bad ass strong willed momma for my daughter

I wanted to give you a little background in how I got to this point in coaching others, so you can feel comfortable with me.

I was always active but not like how active I became in my 40s. I’m a yoga teacher and certified personal trainer but in the past, I was a veterinary nurse and dog behavior trainer.

Getting sick with Long Covid shifted my whole mindset when it came to work and helping others. I went from being an avid crossfitter to an olympic weightlifter during gym closings during Covid. But then when Covid hit, it robbed me of a few years and my priorities on life changed.

I converted my garage into my gym and haven’t looked back; I started creating workouts for when I was short on time, not feeling my best, or all in . I believe my will to keep going while sick showed my daughter that we can do anything we put our minds to.

I was in and out of the hospital when she was young with surgery after surgery; I had many exercise setbacks but I never stopped moving.

If I couldn’t lift weights, I’d strap on a weight vest and walk the dogs; I always found a way to move because I always feel so much better when I’m done.

I went from sleeping with oxygen for 2 years to running 4 miles. I have flare days like anyone else but I make sure I prioritize movement and nutrition.

When you have a dysfunctional autonomic nervous system like myself, there isn’t a whole heck of alot you can control, so I do my best with what I can control.

So it’s my forever comeback story that led me to want to help people going through similar things.

This is all about changing your mindset. Years ago, I wouldn’t be smiling from a hospital bed; I’d be in sheer panic mode.

Once I shifted my thinking, things began to fall into place, and I knew I’d come out of this horrible bed soon.

I not only am yoga certified but I’m a NASM personal trainer and am also taking their nutrition course. With that being said, something as easy as food tracking can show where you are and aren’t hitting your goals, and I will help you with that as well. I also weight lift but have had to scale down due to my chronic health conditions.

As someone who weighed 20# more than I do now, I know this system works because I am proof. I create 30-45 min. workouts that you just need to allow yourself “you” time to get it done. I also prioritize water and proper hydration via electrolytes. I will share all of my knowledge with you to reach your own goals.

The girl is in front, wearing a white sports bra and black shorts. The background has gym equipment, posters, and storage bins.

This is all about showing our kids that we can do hard things, and so can they. My daughter is a state and regional champion in gymnastics, and she’s been working out with me since she was 2. Kids or not, do this for you.

We aren’t getting any younger and what I do know is that the secret is resistance/weight training and not endless cardio. We need muscle to protect our joints and to go into our older years as strong, powerful people in this world.
